Alright, here is the plan I think I'm gonna go with.

1st Plan: http://lunian.genin.jp/en/calc/skill/tia.html?75_116B11111A1111A110A111012046808_92

I plan to PvP, but don't know that I'll ever be extreme super mega ultra awesome at it. I also enjoy raiding and staging so the one point in TBT is there to stay.

Other than that, I'd love to hear thoughts on it, especially from the higher and most knowledgable Tias.

UPDATE:

Ironically, I might wind up dropping TBT anyways. >.> Not enough people ask for me to use it on them, even when I specifically tell them I have it. So if I can't adjust to using Blind over WLK entirely, here's the new build I think I am looking at:

2nd Plan: http://lunian.genin.jp/en/calc/skill/tia.html?75_11AA10111A1111A1109111002046808_92

It is the worst build I have ever seen in my life.

Actually I have no idea what i'm talking about because my highest level Tia was like level 7.

When icreasing a skill to a level which requires being ove rlevel 65, it's increased majorly. (Not all of them, though)...

For example:
Level 9 Flying Fang (Can be learned when you are level 62): 223~248.
Level 10 Flying Fang (level 68, over 65): 352~362.

See the difference?
Not when increasing to level 11, damage difference is normal again:
Level 11 Flying Fang: 365~406.

---

Your FTS is level 6. Let's try making it level 10 so it will be buffed as well!

-1 point from Flyinf Fang.
-1 points from Shock Trap.
-1 from WLK. (Common, Blind is much better)...
-1 From Wind Wedge. (Level 1? Useless...Unless you want to use its hard knock-down ability in stages/far knock-down ability in Ring-Out PvP mode)...

OK, now FTS is level 10...

If I were you, I would take one point from Thunder Trick and (How sad) From Surprise Attack.
Now your Hide is level 4.

I appreciate the input DarkGuy. Here are my only arguments though.

About Willow Leaf Kick...
I've tried using Blind in replacement of WLK, it doesn't seem to work for me. Dunno if I am doing something wrong or something but I can never land Blind on an airborne opponent. Nonetheless, for maximum comboing ability if I don't have to drop the one point of WLK I'd like to keep it.

About Wind Wedge...
Actually the things you described it for are exactly how I use it, so if possible I'd like to keep the one point there.

About Hide...
I actually had thought about doing something similar to what you suggested. My only beef with Lv 4 Hide is the need for extra reagents. To me, 10 seconds seems to be plenty to use it for what I need. If I can avoid have to stock other reagents for 10 more seconds I don't feel I need, I will.

Other than that, I'll take a look at what you mentioned for Flying Fang and the other skills at level 11. Didn't realize the big buff was at 10 and not 11 like you said, so there I will have to do some reconsidering.

Ring-Out is noobish. Shadow Counter Attack and Cyclone Blow knock far too. (Not as well as Wedge though)...Simples infinities are supposed to be enough to knock your oppoents towards the lava.

In stages, I can say Cyclone Blow and Shadow Counter Attack are enough for hard knocking down reasons...

Its damage at level 1 is not so impressive when getting to higher levels.
Max it (FTS is better), either drop it...

---

As for Blind instead of Willow Leaf Kick:
It's lwaa decay in PvP + It blinds. Just practise while staging and you will learn the variations of using it.
Let's say you are used to do: AAS - (S) - WLK - (A) - Flyinf Fang.
If i'm not wrong; AAS - Blind - Flyinf Fang works wonders.

After using Thunder Shock, Blind - Flying ca nbe followred.
It gives some easy extra height in combos. Just be aware;
When using Blind, your character moves forward. It can screw some combos that Willow Leaf Kick actually not.

---

In stages: Common...Just to AAS - (S) - Dash - A - Flying Fang as a stater...
Blind is godly in stages. If used well (Well = when your target is not countering when being hit), its aggro will be rerseted! You will have free 3 seconds to spam it! (Works against bosses as well)...

---

Hide:
While it's a difference of 10 seconds, it's not a difference of 100% more time.
Hide's skill animation steals time...
Believe me. 10 seconds is nothing like 20 seconds.
It can save you when fighting oppoents who use aiming skills and 's great for surprising and landing first hits!

In stages, in case you didn't know...Hide makes you invisible to normal monsters! (Normal = everything but the boss of the stage)...You can have free 18 seconds of spamming...It's godly, isn't it?

Drop wedge.
Consider dropping WLK and instead use AASS >> Blind Fang /+/ AASS >> Fang /+/ *drop opponent at ur feet* Root S Fang.
Drop Deploy if you're not maxing Hide.

I still use Deploy a lot, even outside of Hide, so I dunno about dropping it. Don't have to be hidden for it to be a good finisher on zero HP people.

Looking at it I probably will wind up dropping Wedge based on the advices here. Still not 100% sure on WLK, even if I use Blind as primary WLK has a much shorter cooldown. Starting to get used to Blind but just doesn't feel like I can get to use it quite as often. Been using it AAS Blind Fang so far, haven't quite mastered the AASS >> Blind Fang yet.

Ironically, I might wind up dropping TBT anyways. >.> Not enough people ask for me to use it on them, even when I specifically tell them I have it. So if I can't adjust to using Blind over WLK entirely, here's the new build I think I am looking at:

It's main use in the KL PvP Tournies (from the vids I've seen) is to Deploy>Hide so your opponent doesn't cancel/catch you during casting.

The only change I'd make is dropping WLK and using that point for something else (Wedge, mayhaps?).
