I answered in the largest thread on page 18.

You have to realise that the GM staff doesn't work over night. So the reason I wasn't able to answer earlier was most likely due to the fact that I wasn't at work. So I apologize for the lack of service, however, I believe I shouldn't be punished for not being on the clock.

Either way, I believe we can all breathe a sigh of relief as the issue is currently being handled.
