How to do the Reagents quest?

I do not know how to do the reagents quest,can anyone tell me talk to which Npc and where and what do we need to complete the quest???

In the northern section of the square, above the boy who ran away from Jenadan, there's an NPC named Parne. He gives out the reagents quest. In order to complete it, you need 60 Voucher of Appreciation. In exchange, you receive 50 reagents of your choice.
