Title quests.. Citizen

The Citizen quest, how can you obtain it?? Is the henry castle battle thing? And i dont get the castle battle thingy... If im right its the battlefield stage, but i cant make such a stage because i dont meet the reqs? I started the quest and im lvl 30+...

Here are the steps to take to play in the battlefield:

1) Go to Practice field and get the quest
2) Go to a PvP stage
3) Find/Make a room ONLY if there are more than 2 players who have the right of playing it (aka, finished/doing quests)
4) Set up your team and play
5) Every 5 levels you gain from the Specialty PvP, report to the practice field to get your title

If you've accepted the quest you need to first restart the game entirely before you can actually make/join a 8v8 PvP battlefield. Chalk it up to poor programming. :<
