Yeah. You're right. It sucks. I'm almost tempted to say that you made it this bad on purpose and you know what an actual good build is. But I'm doubting that, too.

You people seriously need to do the folowing things when thinking of a build.

1. State whether you want it to be PvP or PvE or Hybrid.
2. Think of possible ways you might want to use certain skills.


I will tell you one thing, there is no such thing as a useless skill in my opinion. Every skill has potential, it's just some have more than others.
