First, why don't you like any of the GM events? Instead of simply saying "they suck", maybe you could give us some suggestions on how to improve?
Second, why don't you like the prizes? So many people have been asking for rare items and limitless items - we did both this time, and people still aren't crazy about them?
And as for the minor requirement to play, you're telling me you can't afford 6k gold for one item for 1 week? If you really can't, have a friend gift the item to you.

i think by "rare avatar" they meant avatars made in the gbth or gbwc that were hardly given out (like the frog extra bg, etctec)

requiring an item doesn't cut it down rly, just annoys ppl to have to get something they dont want, but i dont mind that i guess...( just buy the item, like he said only 6k =/)

I havent done one of these kinda events before, so I like what ya'll have done for us. It's nice to be able to have events like this and others.

I guess I don't like the fact that the GM's will be playing best out of 3. Like you said you need more gm's to play more games...or you could just play less games with the same people. You could have doubled the amount of people who got to play in the event by making it just 1 room = 1 game.

Also I think the pw and clue should be a lot harder....I mean what is the opposite of light? Make it more thought provoking please? It was kinda insulting :(

One more thing...I also thought that you got to play with the GM's...not just against them. It was kinda stacked having 3 gm's in rookie avy on...with most people having little to no avy.

Why would the GM's make Machu Picchu available for low ranks ( server 3 and 4) when they know high ranks can't enter to win the prize? I want a chance to win that Background in a server that allows me to enter. That's my only complaint. GM's should give us all a chance to win, not only the low ranks. I would like to say that gunbound has the most cooperative members in the staff that ive ever seen in games Thank you guys so much for taking time out of your busy lives to come have some fun with us i think i can speak for the millions of us that play gunbiound and say you guys rox from bad language to great events we thank you for being there to help us in wrong and right and for giving us the awsome game to play me personaly even though i havent played with a gm yet i would still like to say thx because its leaders like you that make gunbound just another great place away from drama and from the fighting u guys make me and all of us happy THANK YOU!!!!

I didn't like the event, the password "hints" were weird, Opposite of light, asian grain, etc

Also only 1-2 rooms with 2/3 games a piece took way too long and only maybe 20 people per day to actually play, in the rookie avatar on games there was ONE room, and only 3 games for 2 hours. And also how only Amateurs could get the Machu Pichu rare item was lame, it should be same prizes every day. Having to actually buy something that costed a minimum of 6k and the least you could win was 2k, so if you lose you're in the hole

The password "snow" they didnt even announce until like 4 minutes later, the room was already full, then they announced it. So stupid. And the fact that you pretty much have to sit there and wait 2 hours and try and get in room is lame. And guessing the password when it wasnt announced is lame! Learn how to do server annoucement right when you make the room.

I like the way u didn't make it best out of 3 games because that took way too long

Also i would like to recommend that u do one server a day and do the 5th day of the event in server 5 and 6
so that u could have all gms make there own games in that 1 server.
so that u have like 5 games running at a time
to more increase the chances of people to get in and play

but to do that u need someway of saying all passwords and room numbers almost simultaneously.

avatar off just means the stats are disabled, not the actually look

In avatar off the stats that an avatar has excluding popularity do not affect the game, but avatar can still be equipped in the avatar off server.

welllllllllll i dident like this one due to how if u dident get pm'd and u were gonna try and type in the game wasent at the top..... like it should be, youd have to go find it, second ive only seen u hand out old avas given out durring these events, third the pw's shouldent be only numbers, alot harder to type numbers fast for me, fourth the times are terrable (for me), i guess your picked the times ppl said they were on the most boooooooo they woulda been good but.... i had football durring the first games in the open and half of the second games in the open :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: , my suggegstion for the gm events is have the players have to do something (collect, amout of gp gaind ect.....)in order to get in on days leading up to the event and those players get the rare ava and get to play with the gm.

The event thread states that now information will only be sent in a forum PM, game 4 started and finished. If I recall correctly it started within 5 minutes of the 3:30 time you claimed it was supposed to start at. Actually the password was announced when nobody aside from the GM was in the room I believe...

My problem:

What exactly happened to the GM Challenge 3 game I was "invited" to that was supposed to take place in the Rookie Avatar Off Server at 3:20 Pacific time today?

I got online 10 minutes before the game was supposed to start and now, 50 minutes after it was scheduled to begin the room was never created.

Both games 1, 2 and 4 finished during this time period, and 2 and 4 also had their passwords announced... but 3 was never created...

Delerium was listed as being online for minutes... and minutes... and minutes... but at 3:55 Pacific time hops off to the Avatar On server to make a room their entitled GM Challenge 1... ... ...

First, why don't you like any of the GM events? Instead of simply saying "they suck", maybe you could give us some suggestions on how to improve?
Second, why don't you like the prizes? So many people have been asking for rare items and limitless items - we did both this time, and people still aren't crazy about them?
And as for the minor requirement to play, you're telling me you can't afford 6k gold for one item for 1 week? If you really can't, have a friend gift the item to you.

We know there are always a lot of people trying to get into the games - it's always going to be like that. By requiring an item this time, maybe you'll have a slightly better chance of getting in though. The only way we could really fix this problem is by either limiting the number of users inside the zone (which I would guess people wouldn't like), or by having a LOT more GMs (and we simply don't have the manpower for that).

I have to admit guys - we really tried to make this edition of the event better than the previous ones by listening to your complaints/suggestions, and yet other than the first couple of replies (thx :)) all I hear are more complaints. Doesn't make me want to do more of these in the future....:upset:


I think that it's great that the GM's are listening to people. I agree that it's still hard to get in, but that will never change. People need to stop whining because they didn't get in a game. Grow up and stop b*tching at them people.

yea but ur really not supplying our needs sometimes we just want wat we love like 75 percent of the people playing here are asian including brown/chinese/japenese/korean/viet and more and most of us watch the top hit animes like bleach and naruto seriously if u put that type of avatar into the game alot more people would play i garentee it and every1 else will be alot more interested maybe add that extra raven bot in??!!! thats my suggestion

uhm.. what are you driving at? gunbound has so many avatars already.. you do know that ijji/softnyx can be sued for copyright infringement if they use characters from bleach and naruto without proper permission. And going about getting that permission is a whole lot of uncalled for trouble. Why would you want gunbound to be turned into an anime based game? It's fine as it is honestly. And why borrow other character ideas when they can always make new avatars? And as soon as they put the raven bot in people will be crying for more bots. It's never ending. So give them a break maybe? Besides.. naruto/bleach on a gunbound mobile just looks very lame. And i assure you, people wont play gunbound just because it has naruto/bleach avatars. Im from asia too, but you should well know ijji is basicly targetter at the US population.. gunbound WC is more meant for asians, but even so, naruto/bleach REALLY looks lame on gunbound mobiles.

First, there are ALWAYS going to be thousands of people who won't get to play - that's a simple fact of the ratio of GMs to users. We'd have to have hundreds of GMs to allow everyone to play (and that will never happen). However, we did have a lot more users who got to play in this event than in the past - about 500 users over a period of 7 game days (compared to about 200 users for previous 2 week GM events).

Second, I would never kick a user for no reason. What likely happened was that you managed to get in a game room after we had finished the game (because some other user left, opening up a spot), and then I closed the room (if you're a user, it looks like you've been kicked from the room).

Finally, rather than just complaining about what you think is wrong, why don't you make suggestions instead? That would be far more helpful.

It would be nice if the GMS played more often, and not just during the events. As you can see, everyone would like to play with the "GMS". So... is there a possibility that you guys could play with us a little more, without the event? Also, I miss GBWC. I had a lot of friends from different countries, and it was fun learning about them and their culture. A great way to promote good will. Will you ever open the GBWC for everyone again?
