I just felt that I needed to create a thread that will discuss how players interact with each other and how it’s slowly going downhill.

1.) You get killed and you call the guy a noob. People you are NOT gods at the game, if someone kills you because they spam/flip/whatever the point is you can do it too. They don’t have some magical weapon which only allows them to flip/spam

2.) You kill someone relatively easily doesn’t give you the right to say "Owned". There are many factors that could have played for that one round/match including someone else shooting at them, so you saying owned might just piss the person off enough to single you out for the rest of the game…(Maybe even longer if you annoy him that badly:-p)

3.) Air shots. PLEASE PLEASE! Reserve saying “air shot” to only when you are using a rocket launcher. Using a gun and shooting someone in the air doesn’t take much skill since guns shoot FAST

4.) Hackers. Hacking takes the fun out of the game. Its basically you wasting your time since you don’t get any better at playing the actual game. (Also please don’t act like your pro if you’re a script kitty)

5.) Tking (aka talk killing). Pressing the enter doesn’t pause the game so if you want to type try waiting till your dead or you take the risk of being tked. Also during the middle of a battle don’t just go stop in the middle of the field and start typing *NOTE* Some people may tk you by accident if they are far away because the text bubble ISN’T that big

6.) Banned. Don’t whine about how it was unfair. The admins don’t just go around banning people for kicks. Then again admins aren’t perfect so politely show proof that your innocent and they might give you your account back.

7.) Asking about what your ping is. Ping is how fast computers communicate to each other. SO working with logic whatever THEY appear to YOU is the same thing as what they see when they look at YOU.

8.)Quests. If your team gets a large skull etc. don’t just leave the room and hog it for yourself. You worked together to get it so use it as a group and beat that quest boss!

9.) Text spamming. Please if you have nothing better to do don’t go flooding the text box with whatever you have in your macro’s. And for the people who are annoyed by this, you can always turn off the chat by pressing ‘v’

10.) Swapping. Are you playing this game just so you can say you have a lvl 50? Or are you playing the game so you can actually enjoy it.

11.) Don't complain about prem users. They paid with REAL money to be able to get a nice outfit and sure the outfits give them a slight advantage, but it doesn't win them the game. Also please don't beg for items have some dignity.

I think I covered most of the illogical workings of Gunz. Anyone have anything to contribute to this / comment?

I never heard of Air Shot before :o And the ping thing, You dont see exactly what they see, Its like 10~ Ping in difference of what they see and you see. And swapping is banable btw. Also..(Also please don’t act like your pro if you’re a script kitty <-- Its Kiddy not Kitty)

Its true that there are lots of random factors involved even if someone beats you several times in a row you could win by switching weapons, or you can even get better or think to try something new and end up beating them a bunch.

However I don't have a problem with people saying things like air shot... Also revolvers are hard to air shot with as well and it is a cool feeling when you do it. I think it is bad when you insult other people, but if they do it to me first I will do it 10x worse.

Wow, with my experiences with people... I never imagined other people knew how to work ping. I often get into discussions like this:
"kick _____, he's got 400 ping"
"r u sure ur not teh lagger lololololz"
"...my ping is 37"
"how do u no"
"...everyone else is 37 except you..."
"lolz" *kicked within one minute later*

If you have 90 ping to me, it doesn't mean I have 90 ping to you.

I find this true, unless it was an instance like I had yesterday. They had died on the level three quest on the second, third, fourth and fifth level leaving me to rack up a good 100-120 kills. It was also my map, and seeing as they didn't help much I decided not to waste the mysterious and large I had gained and split to go wait for my clan members.
10.) Swapping. Are you playing this game just so you can say you have a lvl 50? Or are you playing the game so you can actually enjoy it.Agreed, I get so many requests each day to "swap" and it just gets so annoying.

Well most people I have seen using revolvers just spam them so of course you'll hit something eventually but at the expensive of bullets (I was standing still typing and this guy tries to shoot me with revolvers NONE hit and we were 60~70 ping to each other)

and with the entire ping thing I'm just saying what I generally see. As in when I go into a room that has all 150+ ping I know its me lagging and not the entire room.

and the ~10 ping difference may be just time lag because ping does go up and down some

You missed somthing, using an automatic weapon is unofficially considered "illegal" in duels and expert/elite channels. I don't want to start some flame thread but I figured I'd say somthin before someone else did without understanding it.

i nvr say owned without its meaning being a joke....personally i hate it when newby ppl rub it in ur faces that they own you, when you know that you can own their butt twice as hard....i also hate higher lvls killing you and saying "owned noob!"....

Humm its probably because people view as automatic weapons as spraying but of course people forget the nice little buttons called A and D to side step the fire. I mean if your running up to someone thats holding an automatic weapon you kinda deserve to die

I just figured I should comment on Prem users now.

ok ok and the part about getting your account back your have a 99.9999999999999% chance you will never see your account again becuase they are either too "busy" or they have perm banned you for hacked room or hacking

GunZ is Peer to Peer, basically it isn't through a core server, its from client-client.

The one that really just bugs me is the one where people get killed and say haha noob, etc.
