Have you tried pressing prtScrn? and look for the screenshot?

Or have you tried pressing Print screen and then go to paint and paste it on? It should work if you press print screen and press (ctrl + v), which should then paste it on

Make sure you've followed steps 1-7. If you still can't find your screenshots, or the screenshot function isn't working, please reinstall Lunia.
