I have a question, say I have about $20 in my PayPal balance. After that I verify my account by adding a credit card to the account. I want to buy 100 ijji coins using paypal but I am not sure where the cost will go to. If I buy the ijji coins, will I be charged toward my credit card or towards the PayPal balance? And will I get some sort of letter or bill sent to my house?

I know this is nub but I would really like to find out.
