wtf help!?

well im new to gunz, and already im having problems.

ive downloaded it to desktop from the direct link.

i click it, it takes me to http://gunz.ijji.com/?from=desktop where i then click play live

then this thing pops up at the top saying i have to download "ijji game launcher"

i click install and get this:

i downloaded the ijji plugin removal thingy, it said it removed it, i tried to redownload it, but i still got this^^^^

i found this interesting though:

that pop up message says it cant copy the "HGStart9USA.exe"

it says "HGPlugin5USA.cab"

is this normal?
