cant get coins

...Once again this happens to me, another one of the threads saying I cannot get ijji coins.

Ok, this is a problem with paypal, i cant use click and buy cuz i got free money on paypal.

After i fill everything out, and press review payment, a window pops up saying, error: this error occured because you used the different ID or someone else is using the different ID..
