Moving Too FAR!

when i press a little movement i move like 4 paces the direction i pressed and then it goes back to normal 3 seconds later, its annoying cos i cant pick up big gold stars or items, also my attacks miss often aswell

it happens sometimes,its not the net because it happens either at a 256kbps and at a 2mb net, so thats a general game lag i think...
it only happens sometimes for me,epecially at 12:00-17:00
i ve never seen this happening in stages...only at squares.i think it happens because there are too many people at that square.
