Jgunz is for japanese players. It's obvious you're not japanese. (And pretty dumb to not be able to figure out how to register and download)

To download jap.gunz, go to the site www.gunzonline.com and click on japanese edition, if there is. I think that is the only way to get jap.gunz

Try Google. I registered on JGunz a long time ago using a site I found on Google, so good luck.

Oh, and they don't ban people from other countries, but you probably will get kicked from rooms cause of your ping.

EDIT: Hmm well if your not from the US you'll be able to play, otherwise your IP banned..
