Japan didn't originally make the game. It's a Korean game. You can find it on hangames.com, but download a Korean textface and learn Korean or you can't get anywhere with it. Special Force in Japan is much more intense than Special Force in Korea, and Soldier Front in US is just plain lame right now, since it's in beta.

There was a guide somewhere teaching you how to make and use an account for JSF, don't know where it is now though.
