Happy Holidays Luminary!
Since this Luminary Day falls on December 27th - right in between Christmas, New Years, Hanukkah, and a host of other holidays - we want to bring you some extra special events to celebrate! (Also because you voted for it (http://forums.ijji.com/showthread.php?t=384615).) Hera Events will begin at 1:00pm PST, and Athena Events will start at 3:00pm PST, subject to change based on event length. Here is what's in Store this Holiday Luminary Day:
1. 300% Exp and Manu Exp:
- As always, you can expect 300% Exp and Manu Exp during the whole weekend.
- This event has been modified by the following event though,
2. True or False? Exp Event!:
- When players gather in Las Vegas for the festivities, GM_Dak will randomly pick a player and ask them a True or False question.
- If they get it right, the 300% exp bonus changes to 310%!
- If they get it wrong, the 300% exp bonus drops to 290%.
- This will be done 10 times on each server, for a possibility of 400% (or 200%) exp and manu exp for the rest of the weekend.
3. Christmas Presents Event:
- A thread, found here <http://forums.ijji.com/showthread.php?p=4125741 (http://forums.ijji.com/showthread.php?p=4125741)>, lists great items that will be given as presents, some of these aren't even available in game by other means!
- Players should reply to that thread with their In-Game Name and Server, before 12-27.
- The players from the thread will be put into a list, and GM_Dak will use a random number generator to pick a name randomly.
- GM_Dak will then call the player's name out, and if they are present at the festivities, they get to pick an item from the remaining list (items are removed after they are picked).
- This will be repeated until all of the presents are gone.
*Alts are not allowed, you must pick 1 character and be on it when the name is called. If you post more than 1 name in the thread, you will be disqualified. GM_Dak will also be checking whether the character is online or not before he calls the name, and will skip any offline players that get picked.
4. Monster Spawning:
- As usual during Luminary Day, many monsters will be spawned for you to kill.
- Since it is the holidays, Santa Raccoons will be featured during the spawning!
5. Eggs:
- GM_Dak as well as any Goonzu's and ex-Goonu's present during the festivities will be given a supply of Mysterious Eggs.
- These can be spawned at any moment from the beginning of the event without warning, from each ex-Goonzu / GM.
