Would this be a good build for someone who does PvP/Stages?

Might as well use a PvP build since they work good in both PvP and stages. As for what you have now, your point distribution is a mess so please read the link I provided.

About Your Statement of using a PvP build for both...
WHY?
PvP isn't the same as Stages....... (maybe some similarities but thats it..)

You're right, PvP != stage. But generally speaking, a PvP build does much better in stages than stage builds do in PvP. The only exception is that pure PvP Eirs can't heal all that well ... but for every other class, you're better off using a pure or close-to-pure PvP build if you want to do both PvM/PvP.

This is a Sieg build we are talking about. Generally the Sieg PvP builds work very well in stages too. The build you provided is ok, except lacking 1 important factor relating to provoke. A sieg without make voke is useless in both stage and pvp because it allows you to voke chain in stages as well as get free combos in pvp (when you master it of course)
