Where to Report?

Well as you all noticed there's alot of hackers on gunz. Now there isnt a 112 (which didn't really work) or any way to report them instantly in game. It's ridiculous how theres hackers in the elite chnl and I even saw a game that had a max of 120 people on a Duel map called showers...

Where the hell can I send all my replays because I'm sick of seeing a hacker in every game I go to almost.

Answer:
The correct method for reporting GunZ hackers is to send Replay files (*.gzr) only

If you have been able to take a replay of the game action demonstrating the user’s hacking behavior please attach the .gzr file and email it to gunZ_Hacker@ijji.com. Please keep your email short and make sure you state the name of each user you have identified.

We will note the user's name you gave us, and look for future reports about him.


/112 was for reporting chat abuse. not hackers. Reporting chat doesn't give Ijji proof of hacking.

i dont really like the current system to report hacks, cuz its really hard to report and i usually forget to do it after i play XD

It would be nice to have an ingame report function. It would make hacker reports much easier. But this would also require some work and a lot of debugging.

Yeah i still don't get why they took out /112 for....sure it was just a chat abuse reporter but why take out a function of the game for?

Well that's not evidence that the player hacks.

It could be sarcasm. Ijji needs a replay for proof.

Yeah I know, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't ban someone without proof or multiple reports. Proof is usually Screen shots and Replays? Apparently I can only open the replays and look at them by opening gunz and that is somewhat troublesome in some ways.

yes i saw 2 hacked shower room servers with infinite time and kills by naruto, and maps made by bellax, for snow town quest... this in elite in one day.. Good luck with these problems ijji =) hope they are resolved soon for everyone.
