Light Map

How many people have light map checked off in option?

It makes the map look much better, but it creates more screen lag on my computer which effects my playing.

I use it since makes the game look so much better.

I use it since it makes GunZ look a lot better also. If it's gonna cause screen lag for you though, don't use it.

Let Light MAP on but turn other options to lower to prevent screen lag. I rather have lower screen res then no light map.

So I tried using Light Map today..
So much darker around places, sometimes I can't see my enemy..!
It will take me sometime to get used to this. =]

I have everything off and on the lowest settings to keep the game as fast as possible =P
But, I do use lightmap when I play with normal settings due to the nice effect it has.

As for the darkness, try adjusting your brightness a bit to get around it, it'll work better.

I turn everything on and on high detail. On any new computer that you buy from December 2006- now has no lag with the settings maxed out (if you call no lag the 60fps I have)

Thanks for the advice. I fixed my brightness and it really helped ^^

Light map is so UGLY! makes everything looks sooo,,,creamy like. like baby vomit, with out light map you get more texture in the colour so u see better.
