Should we add TLS to 4 and how many hits?Thanks:)
If you have the extra skill points go for it!
Extra 100 damage isnt bad.
I think it hits like 14 times. So 14 x 190 is pretty good. o.o

Consider you spend 3 points to hit an extra maybe 1000-2000 every 5 minutes?
TLS has less range than IH and DDB which are the two skills normally upgraded for lv60 skills. Those two are also the ones that get an amazing damage boost which are also the two most easiest to set up for epic damage
Those 3 points into another skill would work better
in kTest atm, all lv60 skills went down to 90s CD. but i still say its a bad idea
i considered leveling it once (before i got TLS) and now i'm glad i didn't
TLS has massive delay and is hard to actually hit a target on land. In air it'll get a massive decay in PvP and maybe you'll only hit like 3 monsters at most in air with it?

my opinion
tls is one of the crappiest lv 60 skills i have ever seen...
the only crappier one would prolly be happy dance
but that has invinciframes so hum...
tls used to be godly in free server
so maybe if free was alive
it would be worth it
but without free server
tls is total crap
i just got it for gettting a lv 60 skill
