nuclear have literally no range, the range you can say is the width of that thing, seriously, more like point blank, is nothing compared to dainn's bitter cold, don't match freezing ability with dainn please lol, yuki lack the range
mp recovery is srta optional if you feel like it, it just give you a moderate amount of mp over time when you're too tight in a spot to press s

BCB takes much longer to cast. nuclear is instant cast and very good in comboing.
