No, there aren't. No one has taken the effort to do so, so far.
Probably will never happen, though.

In theory:
You can just move around the available objects, (like cars) on a blank field, paint the field with homemade patterns or just use the existing ones, adjust height levels with stairs perhaps.
Then save it as a .mrs file in your Maps folder, and select it under the map dropdown menu in-game. (The last part is probably troublesome, in theory)

You can give a Download link to clanmates and whatnot and play together.

Ijji doesnt control the map creation. Thats Maiet. Learn who to insult.
And its not like people really play all the maps, 90% of the games use Mansion (woot?) in the under level 21 channels (and free) After that its a pretty even split between castle and mansion. If you guys are bored of the same old maps, maybe use those other 15 maps that are never used.

I don't think there can be mapbuilders. I think that it was already said that this was impossible at one point or another, with the engine Gunz runs on.

And as said, MAIETS is who one would want to talk to about, or flame about this topic, not IJJI. That dont make GunZ, they just host it in North America.
And yes, MAIETS does suck. And yes, I've tried to make a game before, its hard as hell. But I know other companies have done it better then MAIETS. So In comparison to other game companies, MAIETS sucks. They need to find a way to get more money, so they can add more content, and make the game better. And there could be so many ways to do so, other then making nearly useless premuim items, *Cough* Blue Vane *cough*.
MAIETS should make new maps. Perhaps create a Premuim "Map Pack" That can be bought like premuims, with new, special maps. Maybe with special features on it, such as double EX/Bounty, or such.

I mean its impossible to have a "simple" map builder that would work with the Gunz engine. Yes, perhaps with the right skills you could make a map, but I believe with the engine used, they can't make something that any average person can use, and just make a map. Like Farcry, Time splitters or any other game with a Mapbuilder function in the actual game.

Never say never. Who knows, maybe in the future a way would be found. But as for now, I believe someone from MAIETS themselves put this idea down, and said they cant do it. And for once, I dont think it was due to lack of funds. Maybe something like the Map Builder that is used with Warhammer 40'0000. Which wasnt included in the game, but could be downloaded, and was a bit complex to use. But I doubt we would ever see something as simple as Farcry, or time splitters map makers.

Well, the map builder program ideas is awesome,
but hackers could use it to find holes in existing maps:( ,
or other scary map hack crap:sad: .
(While playing,
suddenly the map's floor opens up and everybody falls into oblivion, or something like that!:no:)
Otherwise the map editor is a very good idea. MTA San Andreas has one where you can create your own maps in San Andreas (for races,etc.), and map editors post their custom maps on server sites and the server sites host them. Also, all the items in the whole game are categorized, and you can place any item wherever you want. If Gunz could develop a similar system, and the custom maps were sent to Maiet, and then they could get the map (if approved) to everyone, through an update! I think it would work, but Maiet would have to do a bit of work. If this worked, there would be tons of maps, and the problem with lack of maps would be solved!:)

I wonder what you guys think about it...
