Well, are you sure that he made 2 ijji coin purchases? That' doesn;t meen like he bought 2 thigns on Gunz btw, here's an example.

E.g:I purchased 100 ijji coins, i cannot gift untill i buy another X amount( X being 50,100,200,300,500 ijji coins).
