View Full Version : Gunz Loading Pictures Error

Um Game Masters, can you please tell me if ijji is aware of the problem with loading pictures when it gets stuck and some error pops up. And if ijji is, are they working on fixing the problem? Ive reinstalled Gunz 5 times trying to make it work but i still get the same problem. From what ive heard i am not the only one with this problem. Please Reply, Thank You.

I think one of them posted in the old GunZ bbs that they were aware of it and trying to fix it. I previously had this error, but I reinstalled and it went away.

I too am having this problem and have reinstalled many times. has anyone else had this problem and solved it by something other than installation

I had a problem like this, with it stopping while loading pictures, but it never gave me an error...I think it was trying to, but for some reason I couldn't see it. It minimized itself, and that was it. Screwed after that. Reinstalling didn't fix it, but I deleted a few random files from the gunz folder and ran it...after it updated and reinstalled the missing files, it worked just fine. It makes no sense, but it worked for me.
ijji was no help, though, they called my problem an 'update loop'...

Tried what squashed squirrel said. Did not work. Any other ideas?? I've tried literally almost every dl source there is to Gunz, still nothing. Help please.

I've recently heard from a GM that the only way to solve this problem is completely remove every single gunz file and uninstall every gunz thing you got, then reinstall the newest version. Will post later on updated info. from this GM.

I just recently reinstalled windows, and since reinstalling gunz (as of ten min ago) I've started having this problem again! My previous solution didn't work this time for me, either...and it would seem getting the 'newest version' won't help, because that's what i just got, fresh from their site.

Well make sure you have directx 9.0, and also try dling from a mirror site.
