It's called recoil, it basically points your gun up words when you spray alot.
But if you burst - shoot 3-4 times and let go and repeat, then it will be more accurate.
Also, crouch alot and try tapping your mouse and burst it will reduce the recoil and it will help you aim better.
Look for strategies on this forum if you need any more help.

Exactly what AKTachi said, but really emphasize the crouching. It really helps when shooting accurately at any distance.

The bigger the recoil, the more you need to crouch. If you're using a weapon with big recoil, crouch before you start firing. Otherwise, you're weapon goes haywire. If you're using a rifle that has low recoil, I recommend rushing because you don't need to control the delay.

The key to success is - practice your weapon in games. But once the game is back and running again.

It depend on what gun you got. It all the same but the different is recoil. There the tap and tap crouch technique then there the running sideways technique, and last it the bunny hop technique jump and aim for there head and tap away.

This is what I would do.
Run around with weapon in hand. If you see an enemy, crouch and DON'T MOVE. Then shoot him. Of course be quick.
If it is a sniper from a distance, then constantly shooting will throw off his aim. Just get cover if you can't shoot him.

I find that when I crouch with my M4, it gets the M16 Sidewinder problem.
