Just yesterday I was kicked from a duel game for my "hacking" as I killed one of the K-Stylers using only my trusty shanker and dodging skills...
Apparently you shouldn't be able to murder someone with a knife while sustaining no damage :sad:

If I hadn't run into what the iGunz community called the "Dragonfly" fighting style (read: K-style, just with a knife and no blocking), I might have agreed with them. Though, thankfully, I know that if a person knows what they're doing, a knifer is not to be trifled with. Best approach is to immediately stop K-styling and resort to turtling, so the advantage of having a block can be used >_>
So yeah. From a swordsman to a knifer, kindly relay the message that if they get killed by a knifer without dealing damage, it's not hacking; they just suck. Any GOOD swordsman can get at least ONE hit before being humiliated XD

Yes, so far i haven't been able to own a k styler without taking damage, but i usually still have a bit of armor left. Also, i just came to D Style about 3 or 4 days ago.

They kicked you because they died by a knife which has the least damage and cant block. They are jealous of you. so congragulations and at the same time HAHA

People calling you a hacker for that is so commonplace, it's saddening. You can fire off a pair of shotguns at about the same speed, darnit!
Word of advice: When they finally learn (and later finally remember) to block, lunge them too. Chances are they probably neglected the basic move that is safe-fall, because everyone knows basic moves like 'special' attack and safe-fall are noob.

And dagger style is just as complex and challenging as k-style so don't say that dagger is noobish....:upset:

Dagger is severely underpowered, and you want to call it cheap? Jeez if you lag even a litte I can't push you, or interrupt your action. Not to mention the damage is so low that I'm probably going to get ksed if there are others in the area.
Lagging sprayers now THAT is cheap.

OK, I've only lost to 1 or 2 dagger users in my GunZ life, and they were from Daggershot, who are fricking amazing with daggers... so, dagger ppl are good to... if you ran, yur the fricking noob, not her.

are you telling me you dont know what a dagger train is? Well since you dont know ill tell you dagger train is one of the easyist moves to learn in d style its where you rapidly dash and stab to cancle the dashing animation and replace it with the next one. so you go fast

no offence meant or anything but i would ban u for using a knife even if u suck i hate those ..knifers always hit u then shoot at ur body on the floor that is the cheapest way of killing and if anyone did it when i was host they would get banned also

so it would seem to me that you would be the noob, since you did run from the girl that owned you with nothing but a dagger....but thats just me :king:
and if she were good, then she put time into training for it. which means you are even noobier for not training to find a way to get around it, and not for training to get better with your own so you wouldnt need to find a loop hole in hers.

wanna no the best way 2 stop a k styler just go 2 a narrow place like the little room at the battle arena
and the k styler will jump on the wall b/c u need 2 jump inorder 2 k style so he will stop k styling and spray him like no tomorrow and if ur out of ammo use effin shotty

How is it that the dagger knock down is so flamed and the sword thing isn't? they both end with you on the floor being pumped full of bullets. And don't give me any crap about it being 'easier' to escape the sword flipper, I have little trouble safe-falling a dagger lunge. As to dagger training, just keep your distance, neh? Again, not too much trouble with that for me. Instead of kicking knifers, take the opportunity to learn to beat them. Maybe even try to learn dStyle. I am, and it's helped me a lot in finding holes in the defences. good luck, and have fun!

lol, just practice really. For the most part, though, it IS really difficult. Daggers are more used for movement or limiting the movement of others to allow for free shots.

Practice. Most people find k-style easier to learn than d-style.
Small tip for turtles. If a dagger user just runs straight up to you and stabs at your block, be sure to massive away from them. If you massive straight at them, and they are a decent dstyler, your going to get hurt.

It's also a good tip for anyone fighting them with a sword, K-stylers included. Since, unless you're incredibly good, you're gonna get hurt pretty badly if you don't start using the block against a good D-styler :/

Oy, I hear you, I was on my nice and dandy spray account and because someone missed me with a massive I got accused of hacking, which just made my day. :mad: And then i continue along my way and people on my team and the other team decide Im hacking because they cant aim for beans.
And I got kicked, so i got ticked off and created a new account, went back in and...its not important....

You are called a hacker bacause poeple can't see the animation of you hitting with dagger. I don't know why but if you watch a replay of yourself daggering, you can see what I mean.

how many times do you see daggers not many but how many times should one run away from one by leaving the game that should be never so daggers arent cheap you're the noob for leaving the game and you probably got pwned by this dagger character too....:busted: :mad:

I like using a dagger, but if your target has the slightest bit of lag you can't:
1) Push them.
2) Interrupt them with stabs.
3) Stab lock them.
If your target is a spraying lagger you could be in big trouble.
