You have to email gunZ_Hacks@something.com or something, an admin posted that somewhere ;x

You need to have a (.gzr) replay file, keep the message short, specifying WHO hacks precisly etc.

Just to say I will never report a hacker for simply 3 reasons
1 Its simply not gonna happen
2 its a waste of time
3 I cuss them out so much in the replay i'd get banned lol for screwing with the filter xD!!! meaning just adding like an extra lil letter in there nothing like coding or hackz just for those stupid pplz out there
