My friend tried installing the game recently and every time he clicks "play live" He gets this error.
hanreportinit fail: - 17
and then Setup cannot copy HGstart9USA.exe?
IDK what any of this means but hes a good friend so any info. is valued! Thank you!!

It's something about the Starter when you click playlive.

I've had this problem too.
Heres how you fix it:
1. Close everything
2. Log off your current user name on your comp
3. Log in on your admin
4. Run the game.
This is currently the only way I found out, there has to be others though.

Check the Known Issues section. There was also a thread on the hanstarter-could not be found problem.
