this weird (quest bug)

i go into quest but no one lags yet most of the enemies lag they are jsust standing there even when u kill them the enemies are still there i dont think i lag but if i lag what could be the cause of it

NPC ping is locked on to certain players, if they lag the NCP's will lag.
