Well,
Clean up your computer by running spyware check, deleting cache...
Close unneccessary programs
Set firewall to permit access to C:\ijji\ENGLISH\Gunz\GameGuard\...
What firewall are you using?

No spyware, cache cleaned, no firewall. No use. :(
GameGuard started to bug after update.
No firewall... is it disabled or you don't have any installed? Sometimes firewalls even after you "disable" them, they leave stuff running in the background. It's often better to set up firewall exceptions than to just disabling the firewall.
If you don't have one installed, is the windows firewall active?
Update your various drivers, graphics; motherboard...
Try a windows search for gunz, gameguard... delete any non official files with those names, perhaps GG's "bad list" is really sensitive.
Other than that I can only suggest disabling various programs and trying it.
Some programs like Daemon tools I have heard cause GG conflicts and need to be fully uninstalled not just disabled, but not intirely sure if that's true. Try searching Google or something for any known programs/hardware that conflict with it or look around forumns on here or Gunzfactor.
