Really weird error message

Hum...
I was playing Dungeon lv3 quest with my friend and some other ppl.
In stage 2/5 screen went black and it threw me to Windows desktop.

You most likely ran out of VRAM. What GFX card do you have?

I have ATI Radeon 9600 XT card with 128MB memory. (and yes, I know that it's old)
I have installed the newest ATI drivers and DirectX for it. dxdiag says its ok.
My friend has exactly the same card but his game didn't crash.

But that problem occurred yesterday for the first time. And I have played a lot before it. :)

Tuplanolla...ur in my shoes....i have same problem and its becuase both our comp are totally cruddy and failed at life
