ummm i been updating my gunz for abt 5hours already and its still repeating the whole update again and again. i cant play gunz :cry:

complain 2 ijji hq they control gunz................but i think the only way 2 solve this is 2 buy a anoter computer =S

Hahaha i juz Closed Internet Explorer and opened it. It worked fun :)

If you are have issue trying to connect to GunZ try following steps to correct the condition:

Step1 Close the GunZ browser page. Launch a new IE browser and go to the GunZ page again. Wait for the page to load completely (this means that all of the images must have finished loading...the Play Live button is not active until all the objects on the page are loaded into the browser). It should work.

Step 2 If Step 1 doesn't work, restart your computer, also delete any Cookies and Temporary internet files too and make sure there is no conflict with your firewalls then go through Step 1. It should work.

Step 3 If Step 2 doesn't work, erase the GunZ folder from the ijji folder in your C: drive. Also make sure there are no other versions of GunZ installed. Then go to Step 1. It should work.

Step 4 If Step 3 doesn’t work, try upgrading your Internet Explorer browser version to 7.0.

If you receive an error message during a game launch, please try re-launching the game at least 4 ~ 5 times from a new Internet Explorer browser window.

I sincerely apologize for any issues you may have had with our game service. If your installation of the GunZ game is stuck in an update loop, you will have to follow these steps to remedy the issue.

1. Close the GunZ launcher by using Task Manager. To open Task Manager press Ctrl+Alt+Del at the same time. Under the Task Manager go to the application tab and close GunZ.

2. Go to Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. Select the GunZ installation and uninstall.

3. After you have successfully uninstalled GunZ and emptied your Desktop Recycle Bin, you will need to re-install the game.

4. Login to http://game.ijji.com/download.nhn?m=arcade&gameId=u_gunz and click on the “install” button.

5. The website will prompt you to Run, Save and/or Cancel. Run or Save the file to a location on your PC where you will be able to find it again.

6. Install the GunZ game using the install wizard.

7. Login to http://gunz.ijji.com/ and click on the “Play Live” button.

If you have followed these steps correctly, your installation of GunZ should work without issues. In order for our Development Team to fix this issue entirely, we need some files from you. Please send us a detailed email with these files attached to gunz_bugreport@ijji.com. In the subject line of the email please write: GunZ update loop dxdiag & patch log files. We need as much information as you can provide regarding the update loop.

• dxdiag file from your PC. To get the dxdiag file go to Start>Run>type in dxdiag>Ok. Then save the file by clicking on “Save All Information” button.

• Patchlog.html files from your PC. To get the patch log file go to c: /ijji/ENGLISH/GunZ.

lol reinstall it tomorrow. Thats when they usually fix the problem
