Well recently when I play IjjiGunZ I go into any room with atleast 1 player and all I do is lag like once I shoot it takes like 5 mins to shoot once i click the button and im already dead any ideas what I should do?

Had any IM's running? MSN, AIM, ICQ?
Any downloads runningor Windows update?
Can be many reason, also the other in the room was from the other side of the globe or maybe just a shared connection that's crowded..
