FFFFFFFD error plz help

alright so i logged in at ijji.com and i clicked play live. The installation window pops up and stays for like 5 minutes. Then the ffffffffd thing pops up saying that it cant retrevie the nessesary game information or sunthing liek that. PLZ HELP:cry:

did you try reinstalling gunz?

Go to your firewall and see what is being blocked. Most likely you haven't allowed HGStart found in C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files internet access.
