Many players face this problem, including me.

Try port forwarding, if that doesn't help simply stay on the game for 5 to 10 minutes, once you're on the game for awhile the problem fixes itself.

Also check if you're antivirus accepts Gunz, if not then put off you're firewall.

Check http://www.portforward.com it will teach you how to portforward. however portforward only works with routers.

Yeah I get the same problem... for the past oh, 4 weeks I have been doing just fine playing in whatever server I wanted but every time I did clan war it would give me agent error to everyone. Now today all of a sudden I can't get play on any server except clan war without getting an agent error on everybody. I know portforwarding won't work because I have done that already and It didn't do anything. My firewall also hasn't changed any in the past few days either so I know its not that also because I disabled the firewall with the same result.

Here are some quick tips if you are having issues with GunZ

If you are have issue trying to connect to GunZ try following steps to correct the condition:

Step1 Close the GunZ browser page. Launch a new IE browser and go to the GunZ page again. Wait for the page to load completely (this means that all of the images must have finished loading...the Play Live button is not active until all the objects on the page are loaded into the browser). It should work.

Step 2 If Step 1 doesn't work, restart your computer, also delete any Cookies and Temporary internet files too and make sure there is no conflict with your firewalls then go through Step 1. It should work.

Step 3 If Step 2 doesn't work, erase the GunZ folder from the ijji folder in your C: drive. Also make sure there are no other versions of GunZ installed. Then go to Step 1. It should work.

Step 4 If Step 3 doesn’t work, try upgrading your Internet Explorer browser version to 7.0.

If you receive an error message during a game launch, please try re-launching the game at least 4 ~ 5 times from a new Internet Explorer browser window.

Simple guide to portforwarding.

When you got a router (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Router) in your network you need to config your router to prevent NAT errors.
Your router blocks certain ports that gunz need to connect to other players. To open these ports and stop NAT errors follow this guide.

1. Find your router device, and write down the brand and type(number).

2. Write down your computer IP and your Router IP(default gateway).
To do this:
-Go to Start, Configuration, Network, Open your LAN connection.
-At details of LAN, you can see your computer IP on top of the list. Mostly 192.168.2.100 or something.
-Also can see your Standard Gateway. Mostly 192.168.2.1 or something.
-Write these down.

3. Go to portforward.com (http://www.portforward.com) and search at PortFoward your router. Here you can find a guide on how to forward your router.

4. At forward page on your router, add the ports 7700-8800(Standard ports, adjustable at gunz>options>misc) for your computers IP. Click add or ok to save it.

5. Now your done, test it on gunz :)
