Yes it is being cheap. Basicly premiums aren't items you buy, you make a doantion and you get a gift for doing it, so be abit helpfull and donate some money to ijji, so they can make the game you like better, and in return you'll get a premium item that you like.

Gun knight is the only high lvl premium set(lvl 25), the other high lvl premiums are soem of the guns wich the highest is 24, and special items, range from 0 to 40.
