I was wondering if requirements should be more basic then what most crews post, considering alot of people are not CBTs \ Playing the Korean Counter-Part: SkidRush. Asking people for pro-ish drift skills when it's highly likely the crew-leader-to-be never played the CB either, makes for an awkward requirement.
