Hmm I bet your problem is you don't have Flash Player active X on your computer. Also I might add that if your computer has a PC cleanup program then your registry files may have been deleted (this happened to me) aside from completley wiping your computer there is no permenant fix I can think of. Though if you can't install the thing you need then there is a website where you can download it directly and keep it on your computer. Then you can just repair every time you start your computer. Like I said I'd probably get in trouble for posting the link but please let google be your friend. (or windows live)
