GameGuard execute error: 350

When I try to play gunz, i click on the start game button and then the gameguard pops up and it doesnt load, so the game doesnt start. When I exit it says:

GameGuard execute error: 350

GameGuard update has been aborted. Please check the status of Internet network or personal
firewall settings when unable to connect continuously.

How do I fix it???

i have the same problem.... it says something about anti-virus and firewall soemthing.. idk how to fix it!!
