I need some help concerning my account

Okay, about 4 months ago... I had my account password, email, and security questions changed... I assumed it was something with a password crack / bruteforce program that guessed my password and he/she changed my password and information... I'm wondering if I can get my account back.. I only have one way to prove it's mine.. and it's my paypal account on it...so I'd appreciate if I got my account back.. but I only have one way to prove it's mine.. unless you all say it's not enough...

go check the ban list to c if u r banned first dude. u could b banned by hacking or go into a hacked room. that might b the reason that u r not able to get into ur acc.

That's the thing.. I did check it.. and I'm not banned.. and someone's been playing on my account.. I've got 2 characters at least 10 level's higher then what they were when I lost my account...
