Ok i was planning on buying some premium items and was wondering if I could send like my premiums to a different char on the same account of course through the central bank or w/e. I thought thats what it was meant for but correct me if I'm wrong. Hopefully I can transfer them from one char to another....

yes you can, as long as there the right gender for amour you can
just not on separate accounts

No, just the central bank. Right click the premium item(yes, must be a prem) click the grey square (spozed to say Send to Bank, but it's not there).
