WHY CANT I BUY IJJI COINS when my billing addresses are compatable with my paypal account, GOD I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING
AND why cant i buy this prem hat when i have enough ijji coins to purchase

1. Where do you live? Paypal doesn't accept every place.
2. Make sure you have the right selection, the longer the time limit the more coins it cost.
