WHY CANT I buy ijji coins through paypal when i know that billing address is the same as as on both my ijji and paypal accounts.
AND why cant i buy this hat whe i have enough ijji coins to purchase it WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Ya, and if I'm not mistaken you must have a card or something attached to the paypal to make payments like the one here.
