They all look the same, which is pretty bad. If I were making a crew, I personally wouldn't post so much stuff; Just' the basics. Saying stuff like, You must have played other racing games, or work well with others, respectful, are pretty much useless postings.

Other racing games have No Influence on your Drift City performance, and you can't say for sure how respectful or cooperative a person is until you get to know them. Therefore, Crew leaders would be wise to go handpick their 40 man crew.

Quality >>>> Quantity.
