Hello Soldiers :sf2::sf1::sf2::sf1:,
We have been wanting to start hosting official ijji tournaments other than just Nationals for a while now. At last it is happening!
The Tournament will begin with a preliminary qualification round. During this period clans will engage in “Clan War” game types in order to accumulate Clan Points toward the tournament. The top 32 clans with the most points after this period will be entered into the tournament.
This is just the first of the ijji SF tournaments so keep that in mind. We will be open to improvements and changes over time. Think of it as experimental with plans for improvement.
Clan Leaders of clans that make it into the top 32 will need to PM me. I will be creating an xfire account for the tournament in order to communicate when and where your matches will be. This will be done through xfire or PM if you do not have access.
NOTE: THIS MEANS THE CLAN CANNOT PARTICIPATE IF THE CLAN LEADER DOES NOT CONTACT ME TO REGISTER AFTER THE QUALIFICATION.
Entry Requirement:
You must be one of the top 32 clans with the most clan points gained during the qualification period.
If you make it into the top 32 clans. Your leader must PM me with the starting 5 roster and 2 subs. These 7 players will be the ONLY players allowed to represent the clan.
The clan points for qualification will start being tallied from 0 on June 15th. This means that clan points earned in the past do not count towards the tournament entry. We will keep you updated on the point status of course. /salute

Qualifying Period: Monday June 15th - Thursday June 18th.
Round 1: "Round of 32"
June 22nd - June 24th
Round 2: "Sweet 16"
June 25th - June 26th
Round 3: "Elite 8"
June 29th
Round4: "Final 4:

July 1st

Game Mode: Team Battle
5 vs. 5
Rounds: 10
We will have two 5 round Team Battles.
Maps will be chosen ahead of time by the GM staff.
Clan with the most rounds won, WINS!
Rules:
Maps for each round will be chosen ahead of time by GM staff
All players will be required to submit growler or fraps recordings of their matches. Failure to do so will result in clan disqualification.
During the tournament there should be no talking in general chat.
All matches will be held in the Atlantic Server.
All weapons, Armor, and Forces are allowed this time.
Only 1 sniper allowed per team
Maps will be picked shortly and this post will be updated to include the maps for each round.
Prizes:
The prizes are distributed evenly to each clan.
1st place: 1,000,000 SP
2nd place: 500,000 SP
3rd place: 300,000 SP
To the 5 members playing their final match.
1st place: K7
2nd place: Desperado
3rd place: Compact M945
