By barely a little. If you compair them both, males aren't that much bigger than females.
Try placing both a male and a female next to eachother and hold a medkit. Females are smaller, but not by much.

animations better for moves/combo's i find

e.g. i cant bf for more than 2 secs with a male for sum reason :S but female i can bf all day...

(i swear dbf with male is impossible....)
