Ryan character card help

I purchased a Ryan character card with Gcoins but i cant create the character because they said that i didnt purchased one yet. Can anyone help?

problem is known and asked for like 999999999999999999999999x and i dont like people not searching forums for answer first then asking for help. SEARCH THE FORUMS FOR AN ANSWER FIRST!

Go To your character, Press I (Or whatever is your inventory key) and then Press "Cash Item inventory" And it should be there under the "Purchased Item" tab.
