why wont it load up

when i put my mouse over the play live button down in the left hand corner it says

then when i click on the play live button it says in the same corner

DONE,BUT ERRORS ON PAGE

what should i download or what do i need to do to play?

what do i do about this problem what is it

make sure youre not under any parental restrictions......parental restrictions rarely let you play online games...let alone loading the home page...
