you cant upgrade the "v1" cars right... so the only way to get the better car is to buy the nwest ones


or can u upgrade the "v1" cars into a "v5" car or something?

so like i cant make the worse car better ?????

because if u upgrade the best car... it would be like 2 times better than it originally was.

but if u upgrade the sucky car it will go up to the best cars original state.....

You can't buy the upgrade you want, until you get to its level first.
V9 = 71.
V8 = 61.
V7 = 51.

and so on..

Yes, you do. You end up having to get every one + wait till you're past the appropriate level to be able to get each one.

Put it this way, my brother owns a 1994 RX7, and my family is pretty weathly, so im planning on getting a clean, good condition Toyota Trueno ..not sure how thats gonna work since the american version look different, but ima make it work. i still got a year before i buy my car, so ill see how things turn out.
