body kits + boster colour will not cost "G" coin but everything else..
like decals,rims,car license plates, and so on will cost "G" coins.

Welcome to the world of business.
But it WOULD suck if getting other paint jobs, racing stripes, decals, etc would cost real money. I mean, all stuff you buy with g coins are temporary, and all the above mentioned stuff dont help you win races.
They just make you look cool.
