Anyone who reads this and does play kgunz is breaking either the rules of this version, or illegally accessing kgunz.

If they can play kgunz legally, then they are not allowed to be on Ijji. Were there not ipblocks put in place on those with their local versions?

If they aren't from Korea...then...they're committing identity fraud.
